Personalised care is the core of our approach and we go above and beyond to ensure all our residents feel comfortable and as though Ridgeway Rise is their own home. Whether it’s through the care we provide or the onsite facilities we offer, we want each and every resident to be given the opportunity to live life the way they want to, feeling encouraged, supported, and as though their independence has been maintained. Prior to moving into our care home, we invite prospective residents and their loved ones to visit our care home manager or member of the senior care team in order to get a better feel for life at Ridgeway Rise Care Home and to ensure we can meet their every individual need. We understand the difficulties faced when choosing a care home to move in to, and we want all the residents at our care home and their families to know that they can count on us for guidance and support.
Once a resident joins the Ridgeway Rise Care Home family, our professional care team creates a customised plan that is tailored to their care needs and takes into consideration their overall wellbeing. These care plans undergo regular review, meaning individuals are continuously receiving the care that is right for them. We are extremely mindful that each resident at our care home have their own personal interests and preferences. Our excellent staff go above and beyond to form strong relationships with our residents and incorporate their preferences in a number of ways from their en suite bedrooms and the meals they eat to their favourite hobbies. High-quality care is at the heart of everything we do, and with around-the-clock support, daily activities, regular trips, and events taking place in and out of our care home in Swindon, we are proud of the opportunities and support we have to offer our residents.
