Nutritious, warming meals and proper hydration are prioritised to sustain health and energy, while outdoor areas are kept ice-free and safe. Emotional well-being is fostered through family visits and meaningful activities tailored to residents’ needs, helping them stay comfortable and connected during the winter months.
