The Highest Quality Care at Ridgeway Rise
Our team members are here to help residents live an independent life with as much or as little support as required.
We believe in looking after more than just the care needs of our residents. We want to enhance general wellbeing – encouraging both active body and mind. Our ethos is to provide the highest quality of life for each and every one of our residents.
Free from the stress of managing a household, our residents enjoy the benefits of group living with like-minded individuals. In addition to enhanced wellbeing and an active social life, residents often enjoy increased confidence and independence. With a varied activities and entertainment programme, in addition to regular outings and events, every day can be enjoyed to the full.
At Ridgeway Rise, we provide twenty-four-hour nursing care for our residents. Our passionate team members are fully trained to provide the highest standard of care to those with physical disabilities, high dependency needs and end of life care.
Each resident will be allocated a nurse who will become a familiar face and will answer any queries or anxieties that they or their relatives may have.
Our home is designed to provide a secure, caring and friendly environment for those with dementia.
Our home design was inspired by leading dementia research and good practices, with distinct spaces and recognition of the need for comfort and familiarity, as well as the practicalities like well-designed en-suite wet rooms and awareness of importance of some elements in the home environment.
Our team are fully trained to understand dementia, and we take pride in providing the highest levels of care and respect for every individual. Through daily planned activities, social and mental stimulation and interaction is improved, and any frustrations and tensions linked with dementia are relieved.
Working closely with family and loved ones helps us get to know our residents in order to create an accurate picture of their life – in order to ensure their ongoing happiness, comfort, and well-being.
Our open visiting hours mean that resident’s families are welcome at all times.
We know that sometimes everyone needs timeout. Whether you care for a loved one or need a break yourself, you can truly relax knowing that a safe, welcoming environment and team are here for you.
A respite stay could be anything from a week to a few months – depending on each individual’s needs. Respite care is ideal for those looking for convalescence, either following a hospital stay or recovering from an illness. Many people also arrange a trial stay as a temporary resident to see if the home is the right choice for them as their new home.
We make sure each of our residents enjoys a welcoming and enjoyable stay, whether it’s on a short or long-term basis. We would love the opportunity to show you around and get to know our team; contact us today to find out more.
